大豆花叶病毒的侵染对大豆碳氨化合物代谢的影响

摘    要:感染大豆花叶病毒(SMV)的大豆在发病初期其叶片除还原糖以外,其它各类碳水化合物含量均下降,包括总糖,总可溶性糖、不溶性糖、非还原性糖、但总可溶性蛋白、总游离氨基酸均明显增加.这说明SMV侵染明显地抑制了寄主碳水化合物代谢,但促进了寄主氮化合物代谢.因此SMV侵染大豆后,在消耗碳水化合物的基础上,优先合成各类蛋白质、这有利于SMV的复制.另外在感染SMV的大豆中,还发现总氮量增加,这说明SMV浸染刺激了寄主对氮的吸收并直接合成各种氨基酸,而有利于病毒的增殖.另一方面由于病毒的增殖不破坏寄主本身的蛋白质,所以氮吸收的增加对寄主起到一种保护作用。

Abstract:When soybcan was infected with soybean mosaic virus(SMV),concentrations of total nitrogen,total soluble protein and total free amino acid increased,whereas contents of carbohydrates included total sugar,total soluble sugar,insoluble sugar and non-reduced sugar decreased except reduced sugar.It is suggested that SMV-infcction inhibited metabolism of carbon compounds and promoted metabolism of nitrogen compounds.therefore it was considered that SMV-infected soybean had priority to synthesis proteins on the basis of consumption of sugar,which was favourable to virus replication.
