对中国农村劳动力由无限供给到有限剩余转变的思考

农村剩余劳动力的转移是解决我国“三农”问题的关键,它关系到我国现代化建设能否顺利进行。当前我国农村剩余劳动力转移的规模和速度都趋于缓慢,逐步由“无限供给”转变为“有限剩余”。从我国现阶段农村劳动力状况转变的原因入手,分析了农村剩余劳动力转移的现实情况,探索转移农村剩余劳动力的有效途径,以推动我国农村经济发展。

Reflection on the Transformation from "the Infinite Supplies" to "the Limited Surplus" of the Rural Surplus Labor Force in China

The shift of the rural surplus labor force is the key to solve the problem of "Three-agricultures" in our country,which is related to the achievement of our modern construction.At present,the scale and the speed of the shift of the rural surplus labor force tend to slow down and the form of shift turns to "the limited surplus" from "the infinite supplies".According to the shift cause of the rural surplus labor force,in this article,the practical situation of the rural labor force nowadays was analyzed and an effective method to further rural economy was explored.
