浅议发达国家饲料质量安全监管模式对比

从世界范围来看,如何设计饲料质量安全监管模式,如何确保包括饲料在内的食品在制造、运输及销售过程中都能有效保护消费者的安全,是一个具有共性的难题,但经过多年的实践和发展,发达国家已经形成了较为科学、全面、运行有序和系统的饲料质量安全管理体系。文章通过三个方面总结归纳发达国家饲料安全质量监管模式的特点,提出可供我国饲料质量安全体系参考借鉴的经验。
