变量施药机的恒压变量控制系统设计及算法

摘    要:针对施药机施药量和施药质量不能满足农艺要求的问题,在建立系统总管道药液压力PID控制模型和施药量模糊控制模型的基础上,采用AT89S52单片机设计了变量施药机的恒压变量控制系统,并研究了其控制算法.利用MATLAB对系统模型进行仿真,结果表明:药液压力PID控制的响应时间为0.85s,施药量模糊控制的响应时间为1.04s,两者的稳态误差均在±3%之内,该控制系统可用于施药机恒压变量控制.
