| 摘 要： | 对农村土地集约利用采用问卷调查的方法.由于直接衡量农户集约利用意愿的行为指标难以确定与获取,以"是否愿意耕地集约利用"来反映农户集约利用耕地行为意愿;"是否愿意政府统一规划宅基地"来反映农户集约利用农村宅基地行为意愿.运用Logistic模型,从农民自身特征、农户家庭特征、农户现有居住特征、农户耕地特征和区域社会经济特征5个方面来进行实证分析. |
