摘    要:传统蔬菜嫁接采用人工嫁接,生产率低、作业质量难以保证,为了解决此问题,设计了一次作业循环可同时嫁接5株秧苗的全自动嫁接机.该机的砧木夹持切削机构是直接接触秧苗的重要执行部件,其设计是研究的重点和难点.为此,介绍了砧木苗夹持切削机构的总体结构和工艺流程,以及关键部件的构成及工作原理,该机构可实现砧木苗夹持、两次断根处理的自动化作业.
