摘    要:
摘要:为降低榆黄菇的栽培成本,开发利用新型栽培基质,以桑枝木屑代替部分棉籽壳,设置3种不同桑枝木屑添加量(10%、20%、30%)的栽培配方,探究添加桑枝木屑对榆黄菇生物学转化率和子实体营养成分的影响。结果表明:供试配方中,添加10%桑枝木屑(棉籽壳32%、桑枝10%、玉米芯42%、麸皮10%、豆粕5%、生石灰1%)栽培的榆黄菇生物学转化率最高,为88.76%,子实体中脂肪、可溶性膳食纤维、碳水化合物和粗多糖含量较常规栽培配方分别提高了16.7%、112.5%、150%和44.71%。

Abstract:
Abstract: In order to reduce the cultivation cost and develop new cultivation substrate of Pleurotus citrinopileatus, three cultivation formulas with different additions (10%, 20% and 30%) of mulberry branch sawdust by replacing cotton seed hull were set up to investigate the effects of mulberry branch sawdust addition on the biological conversion rate and nutrient composition of fruiting bodies of Pleurotus citrinopileatus. The results showed that the highest biological conversion rate of Pleurotus citrinopileatus cultured with 10% mulberry branch sawdust (cottonseed shell 32%, mulberry branch 10%, corn cob 42%, wheat bran 10%, soybean meal 5% and quick lime 1%) was 88.76%. Compared with conventional cultivation formula, the contents of fat, soluble dietary fiber, carbohydrate and crude polysaccharide in fruit body increased by 16.7%, 112.5%, 150% and 44.71%, respectively.
