摘    要:
该文介绍了种子加工成套设备的计算机测控系统硬件系统设计和软件编程关键技术。实现了包括振动频率、风速、风量、转速、温度、角度等多种参量的实时检测和加工设备关键部位的视频监视。控制参数包括电机转速、筛面振动频率、风速和风量等,实现了成套加工机组的工作流程自动控制功能。软件以虚拟仪器技术为核心,将先进的图形用户界面、动画仿真和视频监视等技术有机结合,设计了人性化的人机交互界面。实际应用表明,该系统实时性强,可靠性高,提高了牧草种子机械化加工质量。

Abstract:
The key method designed in the hardware and software of the measuring and controlling system based on computer for the seed processing equipment was described. In the system, the instant test of various parameters including vibration frequency, wind rate, wind capacity, revolution speed, temperature and rotation angle were realized. And the video monitoring of the operating condition of some key parts of the equipment was described. The controlling parameters such as motor speed, working flow, screen surface vibration frequency, wind rate and wind capacity were combined to the automatic control function in processing. Based on the virtual instrument technology, a humanized human-computer interface integrating the advanced graphical user interface, animation designing and video monitoring organically were designed. Applications in practice indicate that it owns high real-time performance and dependability, and that it improves the quality of the forage grass seed in its mechanized processing procedure.
