不同紫薯品种在武汉市的生产试验初报

摘    要:为筛选适合武汉市栽种的紫薯新品种,对近几年引进的8个紫薯品种进行了生产试验。结果表明,9个参试品种(含对照)中,渝紫263鲜薯产量最高,达2 686.53 kg/667 m~2,比对照徐薯22增产6.23%,其余品种鲜薯产量均低于对照。渝紫263食味一般,香味淡、纤维含量高而粗,不适宜在武汉市做鲜食用种,可做加工型用种。紫美和济黑1号食味较好,干薯率高,适宜在武汉市做加工和鲜食用种;亲紫、鄂薯8号和海南1号干薯率略低,但食味较好,香气浓,纤维含量低,适宜在武汉市作鲜食用种;京薯6号和紫罗兰的鲜薯、干薯产量不高,食味较差,不适宜在武汉市栽种。

Abstract:Study was conducted to screen good quality and high yield purple sweet potato varieties suitable for planting in Wuhan. The results showed that among 8 tested varieties, the fresh root tuber yield of Yuzi 263 was the highest (2686.53 kg/667 m2),6.23% higher than the control,but yields of the other varieties were lower than control. Yuzi 263 had poor taste, light fragrance, and high and corase fibre, which was not suitable for table in Wuhan region, however it could be used for processing. Zimei and Jihei 1 had great taste and high dry matter, and they were suitable for fresh use and processing in Wuhan region. Qinzi, EShu 8 and Hainan 1 had low dry matter, but they had great taste, rich fragrance and low fibre, and they were suitable for fresh use in Wuhan region. Jingshu 6 and Ziluolan had low yield, low dry matter and poor taste, and not suitable for planting in Wuhan area.
