SPME-GC/MS联用技术分析卵叶韭香气成分

摘    要:采用SPME-GC/MS联用技术分析卵叶韭(Allium ovali folium Hand.-Mzt.)香气成分,共鉴定分离出73个化学成分,其中匹配度≥80%的化合物有52种,占总香气物质含量的99.72%。其中烯类物质为19种,占总含量的64.07%,右旋萜二烯含量高达46.973 670μg,硫醚类物质12种,醛类、醇类、苯类、烷类各4种,酮类物质3种,酯类、酚类物质各1种。

Abstract:Analyzed by GC/MS,73 main aromatic components were separated and identified using SPME from Allium ovali folium Hand.-Mzt.. 52 compounds were identified, matching degree is greater than or equal to 80%, which accounts for 99.72% of the total content of aroma substances. 19 of alkenes, which accounts for 64.07% of the total content, and D-Limonene content of 46.973670μg. Twelve kinds of sulfur ethers, aldehydes,alcohols, benzene and alkanes four respectively, three kinds of ketones, one kinds of esters and phenols respectively.
