日本楤木对重金属Cd污染土壤的修复效果

摘    要:通过盆栽模拟试验,验证日本楤木(Arlia elata var.inermis)对重金属Cd污染土壤是否有修复效果及重金属Cd在植物体内的累积转移是否影响其食用安全性。结果表明,日本楤木对重金属Cd的富集能力较强且转运系数较大,且地上部的富集系数高于地下部的富集系数。日本楤木根、茎、叶中的重金属含量超过了国家无公害绿色蔬菜标准,不符合食用标准。通过日本楤木对重金属Cd污染的修复效率来看,日本楤木对低浓度重金属Cd污染的土壤修复效率达到最大,为60%,随着重金属Cd胁迫浓度的增加,日本楤木的修复效率逐渐降低。因此,在重金属Cd污染的农田土壤中,日本楤木可作为抗污染植物,但体内的重金属Cd的含量表明不宜直接食用。

Abstract:By means of pot simulation experiment,the remediation effect of soil polluted by Cadmium and the edible safety of Aralia elata var. inermis were validate. The results showed that A. elata had better accumulation ability of Cd with higher transfer coefficient,and the bioaccumulation factor of overground part was higher than underground part. The content of Cd in root,stem and leaf of A. elata in line were higher than the national organic green vegetable standard,which was inedibility. From the aspect of remediation efficiency of soil polluted by Cd with A. elata,the value was the highest as 60% at the lower Cd content. With the increases of Cd content,the remediation efficiency decreased gradually. Therefore,A . elata could be used as anti-pollution plant in soil with Cd pollution. However,the plant which had Cadmium illustrated couldn't be eaten any more.
