摘 要: | 以不同浓度(0、0.25、0.50、0.75 mmol/L)的氨基氧乙酸(AOA)对待放牡丹野赵粉冶进行处理,测定了花瓣的
生理代谢变化。结果表明院在切花牡丹的整个花期中,经AOA 处理后,与对照相比,其花瓣中花青素、可溶性蛋白和
还原糖含量以及干鲜比均升高,花瓣呼吸速率有所下降,同时花期延长2 d,最大花径明显增加其中0.25 mmol/L
AOA 处理效果最佳。

Effect of AOA on petals physiology in cut tree peony |

Abstract: | The cut tree peonies Zhao fen were treated with different concentrations (0, 0.25, 0.50 and 0.75 mmol/L),
and aminooxyacetate (AOA) and physiological indices in petals were determined in this paper. The results indicated that in
the whole cut peony flowering, after AOA treatment, the content of anthocyanin, soluble protein and reducing sugar and
ratio of dry weight and fresh weight improved, respiratory rate decreased , compared with control. And florescence prolonged
2 d, maximum flower diameter markedly increased. In all treatment, 0.25 mmol/L AOA was the best |
