摘    要:燃气轮机驱动压气站的设备维护费用较高,现行的基于时间的维护策略存在一些缺陷,可以借助以可靠性为中心的维护思想,降低维护成本。结合相关理论及燃气轮机驱动压缩机组的实际运行维护情况,提出依据以可靠性为中心的维护理论及相关分析方法,优化现有维护大纲,使该理论为实际设备的管理活动服务。以压气站燃气轮机进气滤芯为例,进行故障危害性分析、故障后果分析、故障模型分类、性能参数预测,优化维护大纲,包括将多项原有维护项目的时间推后;将多项原有的定时维护内容删除,改为事后或视情维护;新增对现有测点数据的分析,最终实现在保证设备可靠性的基础上,简化维护、节约成本的目的。

Reliability-centered maintenance of compressor station equipments driven by gas-turbine

Abstract:The cost of equipment maintenance in gas compressor station driven by gas-turbine is high, and there are some defects in the existing time-based maintenance strategy. Maintenance centering on reliability can reduce cost. Based on relevant theory and practical operation conditions of gas compressors driven by gas-turbine, this paper presents a theory centering on reliability and related analytic methods, which is used to optimize existing maintenance scheme. Taking the inlet filter element of gas-turbine in compressor station as an example, accident hazard and consequences are analyzed. Accident model classification, performance parameter prediction and optimization of maintenance scheme are conducted, resulting in post-off of several maintenance items, and several regular maintenance items are changed into afterwards or appropriate maintenance, data analysis of existing measured points are added to achieve the goal of simplifying maintenance and saving-cost on the prerequisite of ensuring equipment reliability.
