岳阳市两湖连通工程对湖南东洞庭湖国家级自然保护区生物多样性影响评价

摘    要:在现地调查的基础上,对湖南省岳阳市芭(芭蕉湖)南(南湖)两湖连通工程对东洞庭湖国家级自然保护区生物多样性影响进行了评价。结果表明:工程对景观、生物群落、种群及物种、主要保护对象、生物安全、社会因素的影响均为中低度影响,对湖南东洞庭湖国家级自然保护区生物多样性影响程度总体为中低度影响。同时,提出了减缓工程不利影响的措施和建议,以期为工程建设减少对生物多样性的影响提供参考。

Abstract:On the basis of a comprehensive field investigation,the impact of the connecting project between Bajiao lake and Nanhu lake on biodiversity of East Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve in Yueyang City,Hunan Province was evaluated.The evaluation results showed that the impact of the project on landscape/ecosystem,biome,population/species,main protected objects,biosafety and social factors was all"medium low impact".And,the overall impact on biodiversity of East Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve in Hunan Province was"medium low impact".The measures and suggestions to mitigate the adverse effects of the project were put forward in order to provide inferences for mitigating the effects from the project to the biodiversity.
