平武某猪场仔猪黄痢病原的分离鉴定及免疫效果观察

从平武某猪场发生仔猪黄痢病死猪的心血、肝脏、脾脏分离到一株细菌,染色镜检革兰氏阴性,细菌在麦康凯培养基上呈红色菌落。生化试验结果显示对葡萄糖、乳糖、麦芽糖产酸产气,不分解尿素,无硫化氢产生。小白鼠接种实验,小白鼠全部死亡,证实所分离菌为致病性大肠杆菌;药敏试验结果表明,分离菌对头孢噻吩、头孢曲松、先锋霉素、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、链霉素、万古霉素、复方新诺明等高敏。将分离菌制成蜂胶灭活苗,在该猪场进行免疫,显示具有较好的免疫效果。

From some died piglet in Ping Wu's pig farm of Sichuan.A strain bacteria was isolated from liver,spleen and blood of heart.After closeing and checking in the microscope.We found it is a G——bacteria,It can grow and become a red conloy in the SSculture medium.The biochemistry test shows that the bacteria can fermenate to glucose,mannose,lactose.do not resolve the urea.cann't produce H2S.Inject white rats,all the rats are die.all of this express the isolated bacteria is pathogenic E.coli.drug sensitivety test proved the isolated bacteria was highly senseitive to Cephacothin,Ceftriazone,Gentamicin,kannamycin,streptomycin,vancomycin,sulfamethoxazole,timethop-rim.then culture the bacteria and make inactivated vaccine to immune piglet.this reaserch shows that make local vaccine to lmmune piglet is the most economical and efficient way of preventing and therapying the yellow scour of piglet in large-scale pig farm.
