摘    要:储粮的含水量是粮食储备安全性的最主要质量指标。粮食收购是保证粮食储备成功有效最主要的环节之一,而此过程工作的核心是对粮食水分的检测。智能粮食收购系统采用现代通讯和计算技术,提高了粮食验收判的准确性,减少了收购不合格粮食的可能性,并保证了粮食收购信息的实时统计和发布,为粮食收购主管机构提供了实时信息以便查询,从而为进行粮食收购控制提供了决策依据。

Abstract:The moisture content of stored grains is one of the most important indexes on the security of grain storage. So the moisture detection is the key work during the procedure of grain purchasing. Due to the modern technology of communication and calculation, we designed an intelligent grain purchasing system, by which the accuracy of moisture detection is improved, the possibility of purchasing unqualified products is decreased, and the online statistic and report of grain purchasing information is assured, which provides enough realtime information for the policy maker to make a decision.
