摘    要:运用土坝漫坝风险分析理论对广西澄碧河水库整个汛期抬高防洪限制水位和分期抬高防洪限制水位运行进行漫坝风险计算与分析,在不降低大坝防洪标准以及水库大坝漫坝风险控制在标准值范围内的前提下提出水库防洪优化调度方案,即水库汛前期以原防洪限制水位185.00 m迎洪,9月初起逐步将防洪限制水位提高到187.20 m,从而增加水库发电与其他方面的效益。

Abstract:In this paper,the risks of overtopping in the cases of heightening the water level of flood control of Chengbihe Reservoir in Guangxi during the whole flood seasons and different stages are studied using the risk analysis theory of earth dam overtopping.After analyzing overtopping risk of the reservoir,the water level for flood control of the reservoir can be raised from 185.00m to 187.20 m at the end of the flood season without descending the flood control standard and the overtopping risk of the dam is controlled within the standard value.As a result,the electrical energy generation of the hydropower station and other multipurpose benefits of the reservoir will be increased greatly.
