| 摘 要： | 地方高校图书馆存在于地方经济建设的主体之中,有责任为新农村文化建设发挥自己应有的作用。从当前我国农村现状入手,阐述了新农村文化建设的迫切性和地方高校介入新农村建设的可行性,提出了地方高校图书馆为新农村文化建设的基本思路。
