新银合欢软蜡蚧生物学特性研究

采用室内试验结合野外观察的方法,研究新银合欢软蜡蚧(Coccus sp.)在昆明市区和东川区两地的年生活史及生活习性。结果表明:新银合欢软蜡蚧在昆明市区1 a发生4代,在东川区1 a发生4～5代,世代重叠,没有明显越冬现象,越冬虫态以1龄、2龄若虫为主。雌成虫将卵产在腹膜下,卵直接在腹膜下孵化。若虫经2龄发育为成虫。1龄若虫具爬行能力,2龄若虫固定不动,雌成虫营孤雌生殖,寿命7～25 d。

Study on the Biological Characteristic of Coccus sp.

Through the test in lab in Kunming and obseration in Dongchuan,the life history and living habits of this pest in these two areas were studied.The results showed that Coccus sp.had 4 generations annually in the lab and had 4-5 generations in Dongchuan,overlapping generations and not obvious over-wintering generation.The main instars were 1 and 2 instar nymphae in winter.The female adult spawned eggs in the peritoneum.Nymph developed into adults by 2 ages,1 instar nymphae was able to crawl,2 instar nymphae fixed.Female adult was parthenogenesis and its lifetime was 7-25 days.
