Analysis on Technical Innovation in Industrial Development of Potato

To meet the needs of potato production and processing techniques, the main problems about production, process and technological innovation in potato industrialization are pointed out by analyzing the current situation and innovative tendency of potato production and processing techniques at home and abroad. On the base of analyzing the strategic aims and thinking about research development in potato, the innovative field and direction including the sustainable super high-yielding cultivation theory and technical models, techniques of non-pollution production, protecting farming system and controlling major diseases and insects in major production areas, high-efficiency techniques, selection of special variety and regionalization of improved variety are put forward.
