番茄渣发酵饲料对新疆褐牛血清、乳清抗氧化性及免疫球蛋白含量的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究以番茄渣为主成分培养基(添加碳氮源)中接种有益微生物发酵生产番茄渣发酵饲料(CP≥26%,DM)。选泌乳日龄(86±19) d,体重(467±28) kg的2~3胎、健康、泌乳量相近的新疆褐牛20头分为2组,经t检验差异不显著(P>0.05)。分别饲喂常规TMR日粮(对照组)和用14%番茄渣发酵饲料(CP≥26%,DM)分别替代对照组日粮中的6%棉粕(CP=45%,DM)、4.5%麸皮(CP=15.5%,DM)、3.5%玉米青贮(CP=7%,DM)。结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮中采用番茄渣发酵饲料能显著提高新疆褐牛血清中T-SOD、GSH-Px的活性,提高TAOC的量及降低MDA的量(P<0.05);日粮中采用番茄渣发酵饲料能显著降低乳清中MDA的含量(P<0.05),有提高乳清中T-SOD,GSH-Px的活性和TAOC含量的趋势。与对照组相比,日粮中采用番茄渣发酵饲料能显著提高血清中IgG、IgM抗体水平(P<0.05),有提高血清中IgA抗体含量的趋势,但对乳清中IgG、IgA和IgM抗体水平无显著影响(P>0.05)。因此,番茄渣发酵饲料能提高新疆褐牛机体的抗氧化性能、免疫力及提高牛奶的抗氧化性能,是一种较好的发酵饲料。

Abstract:Twenty Xinjiang Brown cows were allocated to two treatment groups with 40 d periods to determine whether supplement with tomato pomace fermentation feed (CP≥26%, DM) would influence anti-oxidation or immunity of serum and milk. Treatment diets were control diet and 6% cotton seed meal (DM),4.5% wheat bran (DM),3.5% corn silage (DM) of the control diet replaced with 14%(DM) tomato pomace fermentation feed. Cows were fed a basal TMR formulated and the control diet The supplement with tomato pomace fermentation feed significantly increase the activities of T-SOD,GSH-Px in the serum,the amount of TAOC in the serum, and significantly decrease the amount of MDA in the serum(P<0.05).There were an increased tendency in the activities of T-SOD,GSH-Px and the amount of TAOC in the milk when the diet was supplemented with tomato pomace fermentation feed.The supplement with tomato pomace fermentation feed significantly increase the amount of IgG, IgM in serum(P<0.05), while there were no significant increase in the amount of IgG, IgA, IgM of the milk. Th ere were an increased tendency on the activities of IgA in the milk when the diet was supplemented with tomato pomace fermentation feed.This suggested that tomato pomace fermentation feed could increase the anti-oxidation and immunity, which was a kind of much better feed.
