| 摘 要： | CFZS1125柴油机是一种广泛应用在手扶拖拉机,插秧机等农用机械上的单缸柴油机。针对CFZS1125柴油机油箱在支撑板与箱体连接边缘经常发生开裂的问题,分析了CFZS1125柴油机工作过程中的振动原因,得到了振动载荷的具体数值,并利用Pro/E建立了柴油机油箱的三维实体模型,用ANSYS大型有限元分析软件对油箱进行数值模拟,得到了油箱开裂处的应力分布图,结合扫描电镜断口分析,得出开裂是由于油箱支撑板结构不连续处的疲劳造成的。 |

| Abstract: | CFZS1125 diesel engine was a kind of single cylinder diesel which was widely used in agricultural machinery of walking tractors,transplanters etc.Aiming at the cracking problem often happened at the supporting plate and connection edge of tank of CFZS1125 diesel oil tanks,the reason of vibration during the working of CFZS1125 diesel engine was analyzed,the detailed data of vibration load was obtained,the 3D solid model of diesel oil tank was built by using Pro/E.The numerical simulation was performed on the oil tank with large-sized ANSYS finite element analysis software to gain the stress distribution drawing of the crack position of oil tank.Integrated with the fracture analysis by electric lens scanning,it was found that the cracking was caused by fatigue at discontinuous position of supporting plate structure of oil tank. |
