人工寄主卵中饲料pH值与拟澳洲赤眼蜂寄生和发育的关系

摘    要:本文报道不同pH值饲料制成人工卵,对拟澳洲赤眼蜂寄生、发育和羽化的影响。用柞蚕蛹血淋巴作卵浆制成人工卵试验的结果:以pH6.7的卵中赤眼蜂产卵最多,每一人工卵中可产蜂卵167.4粒,pH6.45的为139.5粒,pH7.1的为127.5粒。用鸡蛋黄、奶粉、柞蚕蛹匀浆作饲料,制成人工卵繁殖拟澳洲赤眼蜂的结果表明:最适宜的饲料pH值为6.7~6.95,其寄生卵率为89~92%,成蛹率79~80%,每卵出蜂数为26~28头,比用没有调节pH的饲料(pH6.4)繁蜂,分别高10%、25%和30%。

Abstract:Results of the laboratory experiments indicated that diet PH of the encapsulated artificial eggs influenced the development, emergence, and the efficacy of reproduction of Trichogramma confusum in the rearings. The diet used composed of 30% holo-tlssues of oak silkworm (Antherstea pernyi) pupae, 14% egg yolk, 26X dry milk solution (1056.) and 30% distilled water. PH 6.7-6.95 of the diet was found to be optimal to the parasite. The parasitization of the provided "host eggs" by 7. confusum was 89-92%; the pupation rate of the parasite was 79-80%; and the number of emerged wasps per egg was 26-28. These values were 10%, 25% and 30% higher, respectively, than those for the unadjusted diet with PH 6.4. When the haemolymph of oak silkworm pupae alone was used as the diet, the highest number of Trichogramma eggs per' "host egg" was obtained also at PH 6.7.
