摘    要:高校图书馆是文献信息的中心,是教学科研的重要基地,也是高校培养人才、知识创新的第二课堂。它肩负着为国家培养高素质人才的使命。图书馆各项职能履行到位与否,读者服务是关键。文章从在线留言分析高校图书馆读者服务存在的问题及产生根源,探讨做好读者服务的途径。

Abstract:A university library is the center of bibliographic information, and an important base of scientific research. Meanwhile, it is the second classroom of culturing talented people as well as bringing forth new ideas. It undertakes the duty of developing high quality people for the whole country. The service for readers is a key factor in judging whether a library can fulfill its functions well. According to the online bulletin board, this paper has analyzed the problems existing in reader service in university libraries and the causes contributed to the problems, and discussed the means to improve reader service.
