水分胁迫下欧洲黑杨无性系生理和生长指标的数量遗传分析

摘    要:以34个引种欧洲黑杨无性系及107杨、陕林3号2个对照无性系为试验材料,在水分胁迫条件下对无性系的生理和生长指标进行了数量遗传分析.结果表明,不同无性系间及水分处理间在各项生理指标和生长指标上均存在着显著或极显著差异;水分处理间的差异要大于无性系间的差异.数量遗传分析表明,各生长指标的遗传变异系数、表型变异系数和广义遗传力一般均大于生理指标;水分因子对无性系苗期生长具有较大影响,对遗传型的直接选择以生长指标较好.

Abstract:With 34 Populus nigra L. clones and 2 compared clones (Popular 107,Shanlin NO.3) as the experimental materials, quantity genetic analysis of the growth and physiological properties of the clones were done under water stress conditions. The result showed that there were significant differences among all the clones and the different water stress conditions on the growth and physiological indices. The difference under different water conditions was more obvious than among the clones. Quantity genetic analysis showed that genetic variation coefficient, performative variation coefficient and heritabilitity in broad sense of growth properties were greater than physiological properties. The factor of moisture has influence on the growth in clones' seedling stage and the growth indices could be used in the direct selection of genetype.
