| 摘 要： | 党的十六届四中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》。如何在新形势下加强党的建设,提高党的执政能力成了专家学者们探讨的话题。本文认为,关键是要把我党建设成为邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想指导下的学习型政党。

| Abstract: | The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee deliberated and adopted a resolution on improving the governance capability of the Party.This issue attracted many experts and scholars' attention.But how to strengthen the building of our party and how to enhancing the Party's ruling capacity under the new situation after all? The best way is to build a learning party armed with Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Important Thought of "Three Represents". |
