医学院校图书馆馆员焦虑及对策

目的：调查医学院校图书馆馆员的焦虑及其原因,找出相应的对策。方法：采用一般情况调查表和焦虑自评量表（SAS)调查山东省4所医学院校图书馆员焦虑。结果：医学高校图书馆馆员的焦虑水平较高,男馆员焦虑水平高于女馆员,35-50岁的馆员焦虑水平高于其他年龄段的馆员,中级职称馆员的焦虑水平高于其他职称的馆员,工作满意度和收入满意度高的馆员焦虑水平远远低于不满意的馆员。结论：高校图书馆要以人为本,建立合理的利益分配机制,提供尽可能多的学习和进修机会,开拓创新,提高图书馆的社会地位。

Anxiety of librarians in medical colleges and universities and its countermeasures

Objective To investigate the anxiety of librarians in medical colleges and universities and its reasons in order to find out its corresponding countermeasures. MethodsAnxiety of librarians in 4 medical colleges and universities of Shandong Province was investigated with general survey scale and self assessment scale. Results The anxiety of librarians in medical colleges and universities was rather severe. The severity of anxiety was higher in male librarians than in female librarians, in 35-50 years old librarians than in other librarians, in librarians with a medium professional title than in those with a high professional title, and in librarians with a satisfactory income and work than in those with an unsatisfactory income and work. Conclusion Academic libraries should establish the rational benefit distribution system and provide more study and advanced study opportunities for their librarians in order to make greater innovative progress and improve their social position.
