中国芋酯酶同工酶类型及品种群分类

摘    要:应用聚丙烯酰胺垂直凝胶电泳检测了所收集的中国芋种质资源材料的酯酶同工酶.结果表明:(1)168份栽培芋材料的酯酶同工酶酶谱可分为12个类型,共出现19条正极带,划分为A、B、C与D4个酶带区域;(2)9份野生芋材料可分为5个类型,共出现10条正极带,全部集中在D区,而A、B与C3区均无酶带出现;(3)对栽培芋与野生芋的17个酯酶同工酶酶谱类型进行聚类分析表明,在栽培芋中福建密芋品种群(类型Ⅸ)与其他类型间亲缘关系较远.野生芋中除类型ⅩⅢ和类型ⅩⅤ外,其他各类型与栽培芋各类型的亲缘关系均较远,野生芋各类型之间亲缘关系也较远.

The types of esterase isozymes of taro in China and the classification of cultivar groups
Abstract:Esterase isozymes extracted from leaves at corm forming stage of 168 specimens of taro (Colocasia spp.) cultivars and 9 specimens of wild taro were examined by means of polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis. The results indicated that the zymograms of 168 specimens of cultivated taro were classified into 12 types and esterase zymogram was divided into four regions, ie. A, B, C and D. Within four regions, there were 19 bands of esterase isozymes. The zymograms of leaves of 9 specimens of wild taro were classified into 5 types, 10 isoesterase bands appeared in D region and no band in the A, B and C regions. A clustering analysis of isoesterase zymogram of leaves was carried out to define the similarity among 17 types including 12 of cultivated taro and 5 of wild taro. The dendrogram of cluster analysis showed that the similarity between type Ⅶ and type Ⅺ was the closest and followed by that between type Ⅰ and type Ⅹ. In general, the similarity among types of the cultivated taro was closer than that of the wild one except type Ⅸ. The relationship of types between the wild and cultivated taro was distant, and so was that between types of wild taro.
