ABT-6号生根粉处理祁连圆柏扦插育苗技术研究

目的]筛选出适宜祁连圆柏扦插苗生根的ABT-6号生根粉的质量浓度及处理时间。方法]以祁连圆柏和ABT-6号生根粉为试材,研究了ABT-6生根粉不同质量浓度、不同处理时间对祁连圆柏扦插生根率和生根长度的影响。结果]①ABT-6号生根粉不同质量浓度处理的祁连圆柏插穗扦插生根率差异显著,50、100、150、200 mg/L处理的插穗平均生根率均比对照高。②ABT-6号生根粉不同时间、不同质量浓度处理的插穗其生根长度差异均显著,处理2 h、4 h、8 h,插穗生根长度在不同浓度处理下均表现为100 mg/L处理生根长度＞50 mg/L处理生根长度＞150 mg/L处理生根长度＞200 mg/L处理生根长度＞CK;处理12 h,插穗生根长度在不同浓度处理下表现为100 mg/L处理生根长度＞50 mg/L处理生根长度＞150 mg/L处理生根长度＞CK＞200 mg/L处理生根长度。结论]用质量浓度100 mg/L的ABT-6号生根粉对祁连圆柏插穗处理8 h,生根效果最好。

Study on Techniques of Cutting Seedling-raising in Sabina przewalskii Treated by ABT-6 Rooting Powder

Objective]This paper in order to select appropriate concentrations and processing time of ABT-6 rooting powder for cutting seedling-raising in Sabina przewalskil. Method]Chose Sabina przewalskii and ABT-6 rooting powder as the raw material,investigated the effects of ABT-6 rooting powder on rooting rate and rooting length of Sabina przewalskii cutting seedling which soaked with ABT-6 rooting powder under different concentrations and different time. Result]① The rooting rates of Sabina przewalskii cutting seedling treated with ABT-6 rooting powder under different concentration had significant differences,the average rooting rates under 50,100,150,200 mg / L concentration can increase compared with those of the control. ② The rooting rates of Sabina przewalskii cutting seedling treated with ABT-6 rooting powder under different concentrations and different time had significant differences,with 2-hour,4-hour,8-hour ABT-6 rooting powder treatment,the rooting length shows that 100 mg / L 〉 50 mg / L 150 mg / L 〉 200 mg / L CK,with12-hour treatment,the rooting length shows that 100 mg / L 〉 50 mg / L 〉 150 mg / L 〉 CK 〉 200 mg / L. Conclusion]With the mass concentration of 100 mg / L ABT-6 rooting powder of Sabina przewalskii cuttings rooting process 8 h,the best effect.
