摘    要:由于猪既是重要的经济动物,又是常用的实验动物,并且因为其解剖、组织、生理和营养代谢等方面与人类相似,因此转基因猪的研究意义重大。纵观转基因猪的发展历史,关键核心技术包括显微注射技术、体细胞核移植技术、精子载体技术、胚胎干细胞介导技术、病毒转染技术、基因打靶、ZFN技术和TALENS技术。科学家们通过这些技术对猪进行了大量研究,已经在生命科学领域取得了令人欣慰的成就。

Abstract:Porcine is an important economic animals in livestock,and is commonly used as experimental animals model. The characteristic of pigs in anatomy,tissue physiology and nutrition metabolism is similar with human,therefore,the research about transgenic pigs is significant. Throughout the history of gene transfer in pigs,the key core technologies include: microinjection,somatic cell nuclear transfer,sperm vector, embryonic stem cell-mediated,viral transfection,gene targeting,ZFN technology,TALENS technology. By studying these techniques scientists have done has made a lot gratifying achievements in pigs,in life sciences today.
