扩增SRY基因鉴定塔里木兔性别的研究

摘    要:[目的]采用分子生物学手段对外部性别鉴别特征缺失的塔里木兔进行性别鉴定.[方法]应用双重PCR法同时扩增SRY和APP基因进行性别鉴定.[结果]在验证PCR有效性的基础上,对未知性别的237例塔里木兔样本成功的鉴定出性别,其中121例为雄性,116例为雌性.[结论]实验所使用的引物具有高度的特异性,只能鉴别兔类动物的性别,对一些不完整的或外部性别鉴别特征缺失的兔类样品提供了可行的性别鉴定途径.

Abstract:【Objective】Sex of Yarkand hare lacking of external sex feature was identified by using molecular biological method.【Method】In this study,the SRY and APP genes were amplified by multiplex polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and PCR products analyzed by Agarose Gel Electrophoresis.【Result】Using this method,the sex of 237 sex-unknown samples of Yarkand hare were detected successfully.The result showed that there were 121 males and 116 females.【Conclusion】It showed that the primers of SRY gene designed in this study are very specific.The trial provides a feasible method for identifying the sex of rabbit which has no obvious external features.
