Abstract: | Brazil has a variety of native vegetation. This paper gives introduction about caatinga in the northeastern dry part. cerrado in central part, patanal in southwest, Amazon rain forest in north and northwest. grassland in south, Atlantic rain forest in eastern coast and mangrove and marsh in coast lines. Where there has the greatest biological diversity in the world, about 10% of all the Earth's species are found. It's the luckiest country in the world for abundant natural resources. Unfortunately, Brazilian ecosystems were and are threatened by massive deforestation, burning and pollution. due to the uncontrolled expansion of agriculture, timber exploitation,land speculation. colonization. and mining. |
