华南虎与东北虎不同部位毛发的偏振光显微镜观察

摘    要:目的]明确大型猫科动物毛发纤维的偏振光显微图谱特点及检验鉴别方法。方法]利用偏振光显微镜对华南虎和东北虎头部、背部和尾部的毛发进行初步的观察和分析。结果]对华南虎和东北虎不同部位毛纤维形成的图谱进行对比发现,同一个体不同部位毛纤维彩色干涉条纹以及髓质层和皮质层的宽窄变化存在差异,不同亚种动物相同部位毛纤维髓质层的颜色变化不是很大,但是髓质层所占的比例以及皮质层的彩色干涉条纹之间差异很大。结论]该研究为大型猫科动物的鉴定研究提供了基础资料,有助于今后野生动物案件的侦查,更好地保护野生动物。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to determine the polarization microscopic spectrum trait and the detection and identification method of hair fibre from large felids.Method] The hairs from the head,back and tail of P.amoyensis and P.altaica were observed and analyzed by polarization microscope.Result]Comparing the map formed by hair fibres from the different parts of P.amoyensis and P.altaica,it was found that there were difference in the color interfering fringes and the width change of medulla layer and the cortical layer of the hair fibres in different parts of the same animal.The color change of the medulla layer of the hair fibres in the same parts of different animal subspecies was not large,but the difference of the proportion of medulla layer and the color interfering fringes of the cortical layer were large.Conclusion]The research provided the basis data for the identification of the large felids,which was helpful to investigate case relevant wildlife and protect the wild animals better.
