黑果枸杞在抗肿瘤方面的研究进展

摘    要:黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum Murry)中含有多种生物活性成分,如花青素类、多糖类、黄酮类、甜菜碱等,这些活性成分发挥抗肿瘤的药理作用机制目前已较为明确,其主要包括抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋零、周期阻滞、肿瘤细胞分化及增强对肿瘤细胞免疫等作用。但目前关于黑果枸杞中主要抗肿瘤成分组成及对抑制肿瘤的转化机制和影响作用尚不明确。因此,综述了黑果枸杞中花青素、多糖、黄酮、甜菜碱等活性成分的研究现状及抗肿瘤机制,阐述了近年来有关黑果枸杞在抗肿瘤方面的研究进展,为黑果枸杞中功能性成分深入研究及精深加工提供参考依据。

Abstract:Lycium ruthenicum Murry contains a variety of bioactive components,such as anthocyanins,polysaccharides,betaine,flavonoids and so on. The pharmacological mechanism of these active ingredients in anti-tumor has been relatively clear.Its mechanism of action mainly includes inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing tumor cell cycle arrest,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inducing tumor cell differentiation and enhancing tumor cell proliferation. However,it has not been known which substances in Lycium ruthenicum Murry are the main anti-tumor components,and the mechanism and effect of these components on inhibiting tumor transformation. In this paper,the properties,antitumor mechanism and research status of anthocyanins,polysaccharides,betaine,flavonoids and other active components in Lycium ruthenicum Murry were summarized.The research progress of anti-tumor of Lycium ruthenicum Murry in recent years was expounded,which provided reference for further research and further development and application of Lycium ruthenicum Murry.
