工程教育认证背景下“食品营养学”课程教学改革探索

摘    要:基于工程教育认证背景下以学生为中心、成果为导向,对"食品营养学"课程进行教学改革。在对传统教学现状剖析的基础上,通过对课程目标、教学手段、实践能力、考核方式等方面进行改革探索,突出学生的主体地位,锻炼学生运用食品营养学知识分析、解决实际问题的能力,为培养优秀的食品相关行业人才打下基础。

Abstract:Based on the background of engineering education certification,the teaching reform of Food Nutrition course was carried out,which was student-centered and results-oriented. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of traditional teaching,through the reform and exploration of course objectives,teaching means,practical ability,assessment methods,etc.,we highlighted the main position of students,exercise students’ ability to use Food Nutrition knowledge to analyze and solve practical problems,and lay a foundation for cultivating excellent talents in food-related industries.
