| 摘 要： | 以河南工业大学粮食工程系的专业必修课"小麦加工工艺与设备"为例,结合粮食工程专业人才需求的特点,论述了课程目标与特色、课程建设及应用,并结合课程特色提出了相应的改革策略和规划,以期为促进"小麦加工工艺与设备"课程改革提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Combining the characteristics of talent demand of grain engineering major,take major compulsory course Wheat Processing Technology and Equipment of major of grain engineering in He’nan University of Technology for example,we discussed the course objectives and characteristics,course construction and application,and referred to course features,we proposed the corresponding reform strategy and planning,which would provide theoretical reference for the course construction of Wheat Processing Technology and Equipment. |
