不同玉米自交系对磷胁迫反应初探

摘    要:在不施磷肥和正常施肥条件下,对50个玉米自交系的可见展开叶、黄紫叶、株高、穗位高、穗位叶叶绿素含量和生物产量等性状进行了研究.结果表明,在磷胁迫条件下,多数自交系表现苗期生长受阻,发育迟缓,可见展开叶数减少,黄紫叶数增加:成株期株高、穗位高及地上部分生物产量降低;相关分析表明,苗期可见展开叶数与后期地上生物产量呈极显著正相关.因此,苗期可见展开叶数可以作为玉米自交系对磷胁迫反应敏感与否的形态指标.根据生物产量聚类的结果,将玉米自交系分为磷胁迫反应迟钝型、中间型和敏感型3类,自交系555—2,T7913,87—8,辽5114,A60,560和豫06—103等对磷胁迫反应不敏感,为磷素高效利用基因型.

Abstract:Under the low phosphorus and normal fertilization conditions,50 maize inbred lines have been studied on the expanding leaves,purple-yellow leaves,plant height,ear height, chlorophyll content in ear leaf and the bio-yield above ground. The results showed that the growth of most of the maize inbred lines at early seedling stage was blocked, the number of expanding leaves was reduced,and the number of purple-yellow leaves was increased;the plant height,ear height and bio-yield above ground were decreased at later seedling stage;The correlation analysis showed that a significant relationship existed between the expanding leaves at early seedling stage and the bio-yield at later seedling stage.Therefore, the expanding leaves in young plants were regarded as a selection index of the sensitive response to phosphorus stress .Based on the bio-yield,50 maize inbred lines had been divided into 3 groups. The maize inbred 555-2,T 7913,87-8,Liao 5144,A 60,560 and Yu 06-103 were high phosphorus using efficiency genotypes.
