| 摘 要： | 以9·芙×7·湘及其原种为材料,通过幼虫期不同给桑量饲养、蛹期不同温度保护、不同交配时间及交配前后药物处理,调查家蚕的遗腹卵发生情况。结果表明:幼虫期良桑饱食,蛹期以24～25℃保护可减少遗腹卵的发生;延长交配时间和使用催产素等药物对减少遗腹卵的发生有一定作用。

| Abstract: | The occurrence of unlaid eggs were investigated through different mulberry quantity feeding in larval stadium, different temperature preserving in pupal span, different mating time and medication in moth stage of 9·Fu×7·Xiang(F 1 and its parents). The results revealed that the optimum temperature for pupal preservation was 24～25 ℃. Feeding of good quality and sufficient amount of mulberry leaves could reduce the occurrence of unlaid eggs. Longer time of mating could lower the rate of unlaid eggs. The application of medicine had some promoting effects to reduce occurrence of unlaid eggs. |
