长效微量元素营养对幼羊生长和毛、血清微量元素含量的影响

摘    要:选断奶后初始体重为10kg左右的阉萨能公山羊24头,平均分为三组,其中两组在试验开始时和开始后第122天分别投喂AL-Ⅰ、AL-Ⅱ丸一丸,另一组为对照组。试羊自由采食青料和定时自由采含精料。精料中未添加任何微量元素。研究结果表明:AL-Ⅰ、AL-Ⅱ丸在投喂2个月内分别提高生长速度15.44-23.00%(P<0.05)、19.84—24。44%(P<0.05)。投喂AL-Ⅱ丸显著提高毛Mn、Se,血清Zn、Se含量(P<0.05)。说明营养长效丸有促长、改善营养状况的作用。

THE EFFECT OF AL-TRACE ELEMENTAL SOLUBLE GLASS BOLUS ON GROWTH PERFORMANCE AND MICROMINERAL CONTENT OF WOOL AND SERUM OF GOAT
Abstract:24 SALEN male goats, an initially weigkt of about 10kg, were divided into three grouPS. Goats of two groups were given c types trace elemental soluble glass bolus respectively (AL-Ⅰ and AL-Ⅱ groups respectively) ,the goats which weren' t given soluble glass bolus were control group. All goats received pasture all day and received diet two hours perday (trace elements were not added into diet). Results show that the growth rates of AL-Ⅰ and AL-Ⅱ group were increased significantly (P<0.05) by 15. 44-23.00% and 19. 84-24. 44% respectively when they had received the soluble glass bolus for two months. Treatment with AL-Ⅱ soluble glass bolus can increase Mn, Se content of wool and Zn, Se content of serum of goats significantly (P<0. 05). There is significant quadratic corelationship between Fe, Cu, Zn, Se content of wool and that of serum (P<0.01). AL-Ⅱ soluble glass bolus is better than AL-Ⅰ. It is suggested that trace element soluble glass bolus have the function of stimulating growth and advancing the nutrition condition of goat.
