| 摘 要： | 试验旨在研究日粮中添加中草药饲料添加剂"长康素"对肉鸡生长性能、抗病能力及肉质等方面的影响,并探讨中草药添加剂替代抗生素的可能性。试验选取体重相近、健康无疾病的1日龄AA肉仔鸡公雏480只,随机分为5个组:分别在基础日粮中添加中草药饲料添加剂0、0.005%、0.010%、0.015%和金霉素0.005%。结果表明,与空白对照组相比,饲料中添加中草药饲料添加剂对肉鸡的日增重、采食量、成活率、料肉比的影响差异不显著(P0.05),其中各处理组肉鸡的屠宰性能和免疫器官指数间差异不显著(P0.05)。结果表明,中草药饲料添加剂适宜添加量为0.005%,与添加金霉素效应相似,说明中草药饲料添加剂"长康素"在一定程度上可以替代金霉素。

| Abstract: | The effect of Chinese herbal medicine on intestine relative length and weight in AA broilers, 480one-day-oht AA broilers were randomly assigned into 5 groups with 6 replications. Respectively fed with the samediets which added Chinese herbal medMne 0, 0.005%, 0.010%, 0.015%, adding chlortetracycline 0.005%. The re-suits showed that there was no significant difference between experimental group and control group on viscera in-dex（P〉0.05）, each group had no significant different on thymus index, spleen index and Bursa of fabricius index（P〉0.05）. In conclusion, the Chinese herbal medicine addition was 0.005%, can close to the group of chlortetracycline,Chinese herbal medicine was instead of chlortetracycline. |
