酸化剂的生物学功能及其在断奶仔猪中的应用

随着人们对饲料的研究深入以及对动物生产性能要求,各种饲料添加剂应运而生,而酸化剂以无污染、无残留、快速吸收及绿色环保的优点成为与益生素、酶制剂等并列的重要添加剂。酸化剂可以降低饲料pH、促进对矿物质元素的吸收、增加饲料适口性、提高畜禽的免疫力和抗应激反应。文章综述了酸化剂的定义、分类、生物学功能、研究现状以及应用前景。

Biological Function of Acidifier and Application in Weaning Piglets Production

With in-depth study of feed and requirements for animal production performance, all kinds of feed additive emerge. No pollution, no residue, fast absorption and green environmental protection are advantages of acidifier, which become an important additive in parallel with probiotics, enzyme preparation. Many experiments show that, acidifier can reduce feed pH, promote the absorption of mineral elements, increase palatability, improve animal immunity and anti stress response. This paper introduced the definition, classification, the biological function, applieation and prospect of acidifier.
