| 摘 要： | 铬是动物必需的微量元素之一,作为葡萄糖耐量因子的重要组成成分,通过增强胰岛素的作用来调控畜禽生长。在畜禽生产中补充有机铬对改善胴体品质、增强机体免疫力、提高生产性能等方面均具有很好的效果。文章综述了有机铬的生物学功能及其在畜牧生产中应用效果。

| Abstract: | Chromium is one of the essential trace elements of animal, as an important component of the glucose tolerance factor（GTF）, and chromium can promote animal growth by increasing the action of insulin. In livestock production, organic chromium supplement has good effects such as improving carcass quality, immunity, production performance. This paper reviewed the biological function of organic chromium and the application effects in livestock production. |
