3个影响西瓜幼苗素质的因子研究

为探讨育苗期间5个不同的环境因子对西瓜幼苗素质的影响，研究不同光照、营养钵及磷酸二铵用量对西瓜幼苗的形态指标及生理指标的影响。试验结果表明，在2／5光照、8cm营养钵育苗、磷酸二铵用量0．5kg／m^3的条件下，西瓜幼苗的形态指标及生理指标最好，即西瓜幼苗脯氨酸含量最低、根系活力最大、壮苗指数最大。因此，不但可以培育西瓜壮苗，而且经济效益也较高。

Study on three Influencing Factors for Quality of Watermelon Seedlings

For the purpose of investigating the effects of three different environmental factors on the quality of watermelon seedlings, the influences of different natural lighting, nutrition pot and phosphate fertilizer amount on the physiological and morphological index of watermelon seedling were studied. Results indicated that 2/3 natural lighting, 8 cm nutrition pot and diammonium phosphate amount of 0.5kg/m3 had the best physiological and morphological index in watermelon seedling, i.e. the lowest praline content and the best root activity and seedling index. Hence, not only sound seedling but also higher economic benefit can be obtained.
