不同倍性“早红3号”枇杷基因组AFLP分析

摘    要:
采用AFLP技术对不同倍性"早红3号"枇杷基因组进行分析。结果表明,11对AFLP引物组合共获得1310条带,平均每对引物可扩增出119.1条带,其中差异条带302条,占23.1%。三倍体差异条带158条,占总差异条带的52.3%,四倍体差异条带144条,占47.7%。同二倍体相比,三倍体和四倍体均有特异片段的增加和消失,而枇杷多倍化后产生基因结构变异的原因还有待后续深入研究。

Abstract:
The Eriobotrya japonica genome in different ploidies were analyzed by AFLP.The results showed that 1310 bands were amplified with 11 pairs of primers,each primer pair amplified 119.1 bands on average.In the total 1310 bands,302 of them were differential bands,accounting for 23.1%,including 158 differential bands of triploid,which accounted 52.3% and 144(47.7%) differential bands of tetraploid.In contrast with the diploid,both triploid and tetraploid got their specific bands lost or added.But the reason for genome structural variation of polyploidies needs to be studied further.
