| 摘 要： | 针对天津市飞机人工增雨作业业务流程中出现的问题,提出运用过程管理PDCA循环思路,从明确业务工作岗位、岗位职责和工作内容入手,加强飞机人工增雨作业各业务流程规范化管理,编制天津市飞机人工增雨工作手册,以期进一步提高人工影响天气工作效能。

| Abstract: | Abstract The PDCA cycle was proposed to solve the problem appearing in the operation flow of aircraft artificial precipitation enhancement in Tianjin. In order to improve the efficiency of weather modification, we clearly define the post, responsibility and content of the job, strengthen the standardized management of operation flow, establish the manual of aircraft artificial precipitation enhancement. |
