吡唑啉酮分光光度法测定水中三氯乙醛的方法研究

摘    要:国家标准中分析三氯乙醛的方法是吡唑啉酮分光光度法,针对该方法中四氯化碳具有毒性以及25 ml比色管在加热中试剂易迸出的缺点,通过不用四氯化碳萃取剂、显色剂临用现配以及用50 ml比色管代替25 ml比色管对该方法进行了改良。结果表明,改良后的方法灵敏度高,准确度、精密度良好,适用于水中三氯乙醛的测定。

Abstract:Abstract The method of determining chloral in water using pyrazolone spectrophotometry is national standard,but carbon tetrachloride is poi- sonous and reagents spurted easily in 25 ml colorimetric tube. The author cancelled extractant and using 50 ml colorimetric tube substituted 25 ml colorimetric tube. The result shows the improved method which has high sensitivity, good accuracy and precision is suitable for determination of chloral in water.
