摘    要:研究了在pH=1.98、T=20℃时,采用荧光和同步荧光研究了吖啶黄(Acr)与M的相互作用。根据Stem-Volmer方程计算出吖啶黄与M的配位作用的结合常数、猝灭常数及结合位数,探索了吖啶黄与M配位机理。结果表明,吖啶黄与Ag+和Mg2+配位能力较强,其配位作用导致吖啶黄荧光猝灭,而Fe3+与吖啶黄配位作用较弱,主要通过分子间的碰撞导致吖啶黄荧光猝灭。

Study on the Fluorescence Quenching Mechanism between M and Acriflavine

Abstract:The characteristics of M (Ag + , Mg , ) and Aefiflavine were studied by fluereseence and synchronous fluerescence spectrosco- py in aqueous solution according to Stem-Volmer equation. The results showed that Ag + and Mg2 + ions had a powerful ability to quench the Acri- flavine fIuerescenee via a nor, radlative energy transfer mec~mism in the pH = 1.98 B. R buffer system and T = 20 ℃. But Fe3 + had quenched the Acriflavine fluerescenee via a Molecular collisions transfer mechanism. The quenching rate constants, the coordination constants and the coordi- nation sites of the static quenching were calculated.
