松仁蛋白多肽对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:选取昆明种雄性小鼠160只,随机分成对照组和试验组(低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组),试验组分别以150、300、600mg·kg-1·d-1剂量灌喂红松松仁多肽30d后测定免疫器官重量、细胞免疫、体液免疫和单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能指标。结果表明,高剂量组小鼠脾脏重和脾脏指数显著高于对照组(P0.05),中、高剂量组胸腺重显著高于对照组(P0.05),高剂量组胸腺指数极显著高于对照组(P0.01);中、高剂量组小鼠足跖增厚与对照组相比显著提高(P0.05),血清溶血素显著高于对照组(P0.05);中剂量组单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能显著高于对照组(P0.05)。研究结果表明,松仁蛋白多肽能增强小鼠免疫功能。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of pine kernel polypeptides on mice immune function. In the experiment, 160 Kunming mice were divided into control group and test (low/middle/ high dosage) groups. Test groups were administrated intragastrically with pine kernel polypeptides for 30 d, the dose was 150, 300 and 600 mg·kg-1·d-1, respectively. After that, mice were examined for the data of immune organs weights, cellular immunity, humoral immunity and mononuclear macrophage phagorytosis function. The results showed that the high dose group mice were significant higherthan those of the control group in spleen weight and spleen index (P<0.05), middle and high dose group mice were significant higher than those of the control group in thymus weight (P<0.05), and in thymus index, high dose highly significant than those of the control group (P<0.01). Middle and high dose group mice metatarsus thickened significant than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the serum hemolysin were higher than those of the control group. Middle dose group showed that it increased serum hemolysin and mononuclear macrophage phagorytosis function than those of the control group (P<0.05). The result indicated that pine kernel polypeptides could enhance the immune function ofmice.
