大豆主要农艺性状基因效应的研究

摘    要:本文采用世代平均值分析的多元回归程序,利用P1,P2,F1,F2,B1和B2 6个世代群体的数据,估算大豆8个农艺性状的a,b,dcv,aa,ad,dd各类基因效应以及相应的平方和与百分率。结构表明:株高,主茎节数,分枝数,百粒重主要以加性效应为;单株粒重,单株荚数,单株粒数的上位性效应占有较高的比重,并以加性互作占主导地位。单株荚数显性效应占优势。上位性效应的研究应给予足够的重视。

Abstract:The results showed that additive gene effects have major contributions to the inheritance of plant. height, No. of nodes on the main stem, No. of branches, main stem diameter and 100-seed weight. Epistatic gene effects were imporment for seed weight per plant, No. of pods per plant and No. of seed per plant. Dominant gene effects played main role for No. of pods per plant. The more attentions was paid to research on epistantic gene effects in the breeding program.
