高铜日粮及补硒对瘦肉型生长肥育猪生长性能及组织结构的影响

摘    要:选用35日龄杜施杂1代断奶仔猪40头,随机分成4组进行高铜及补硒试验.结果表明,Cu 125 ppm+Se 0.3 ppm(Ⅱ组)效果最佳,日增重比 Cu 4.36 ppm+Se 0.3 ppm(Ⅰ组)约提高15.9%(P<0.05);全期耗料较Ⅰ组下降12.6%.Cu 250 ppm+Se 0.3 ppm(Ⅲ组)与Ⅰ组的日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),耗料较Ⅰ组下降8.0%.但Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组日增重差异不显著(P>0.05).补 Cu250 ppm 不加 Se(Ⅳ组)与Ⅲ组相比,日增重约减少27.2%(P<0.01),耗料则较Ⅲ组高23.7%.屠体组织切片观察表明,添加高剂量铜(125或250 ppm)对机体组织均不产生病变,但各组的骨骼肌纤维粗细与十二指肠杯状细胞大小有明显的不同,均为Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ>Ⅳ.

Abstract:Forty 35-day-old,weaned first-crosses of Doroc-Segher pigs were randomly alloted to one of four dietary treatments(4 groups) for the experiment.The results showed that the performance of pigs was optimum for the Group Ⅱ with Cu 125 ppm added Se 0.3 ppm.The average daily gain (ADG) for the Group Ⅱ was 15.9% higher than the Group Ⅰ with Cu 4.36 ppm added Se 0.3 ppm and significant (P<0.05).The total feed consumption(TFC) was decreased 12.6% for the Group Ⅱ.The ADG for the Group Ⅲ with Cu 250 ppm added Se 0.3ppm was 10.1% higher than the Group Ⅰ and nonsignificant (P>0.05).The TFC was decreased 8.0% for the Group Ⅲ.There was nonsignificant differ- ences (P>0.05) between Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ within the ADG.However,the ADG for the Group Ⅳ with Cu 250 ppm added no Se supplemention was 27.2% less than that the Group Ⅳ and extremely significant (P<0.01),while the TFC for the Group Ⅲ was 23.7% higher than the Group Ⅳ.The histological section examination of the muscle tissue from high Cu (125 ppm,250 ppm) ration groups were revealed that there was no pathologic variation in the carcases.However,the thickness of the skeletal musle fiber and the size of the duodenal goblet cells were made differences obviously between each of the 4 groups,and the order was Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ>Ⅳ.
